For example, on one of my last 3 visits I ordered French toast sticks, we received them cold without the syrup to dip them in. Time before that we ordered the whopper Jr meal deal. Was charged for a regular whopper Jr meal and obviously didn't get the nugget. Just last week I stopped to get my daughter a 10 piece nuggets. Got to the window and received a bag with napkins and ranch dipping sause only. NO Nuggets at all. When she went in to get them she got and of course they was cold.March 24, 2017
